No Strings Attached (2011) review

In this comedy film, Adam (Ashton Kutcher) and Emma (Natalie Portman) have been friends for their whole lives but things get a bit complicated when they have sex one morning. If they wanted to keep their friendship, they decided to keep the relationship on a “no strings attached” basis. This means no jealousy, no romance, no cute nick names, and certainly no expectations. The rule of the game: don’t fall in love. But is it possible to not fall into love?
I thought this film was quite amusing. I personally thought that Ashton Kutcher should have been a bit more comic in some scenes but overall it was good acting. The story line however was a bit of a downer. The plot was lacking in some real substance as the trailer seemed quite promising. Overall the film was a bit of a time pass but enjoyable nonetheless.
