Horrible Bosses (2011) review

Nick, Dale and Kurt are three friends. Nick and Dale both hate their bosses and Kurt likes his boss, that is until he dies and is replies by his drugged out son. They all wish they could get other jobs but for one reason or another, the risk involved in quitting is too high. The three joke about how much easier life would be if they killed their bosses but this joke soon becomes a reality when the three set out to kill each others bosses in order to live happier lives and this results in a series of events that the three never predicted.

This film is very funny but not necessarily because of the story line but more because of the interactions between the cast Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis who have all had success with their comedy performances in the past. Watching the movie you find that you don’t really care what happens next all you want to do is listen to the banter between the three and after a while the actual plot and story of the movie completely lose the focus of the viewer. You wont leave this movie saying “that movie was hilarious” but rather will leave saying “those guys were hilarious.”

  1. Horrible Bosses is one of the funniest movies of all time. Everyone has probably been stuck at some time or the other with the worst boss and this movie really clicks with the viewers with the excellent humor.
